Managing your boss is one of the most difficult aspects of being an employee. If you're like Joe, you have to put up with lateness, a lack of communication, and general insubordination. Joe, a gas station worker, decided to let his boss know he was done being treated like yesterday's slushie and walked out the door.

But since Joe is clearly a model employee, he didn't just abandon his post. Not only did he make sure to lock the doors behind him, but he also helpfully put up a "help wanted" sign in the window. Although, to be fair, his angry note was probably all the "help wanted" sign this place needed.

Too bad Joe couldn't get the rest of the store's employees to rally around his cause. Everyone quitting at once is a great way to screw over a sucky boss.

Some of you people are morons. He worked at a gas station and quit due to his boss being later more than an hour with no phone call to release him, which means he has the key and only one clerk would work at a time. So he was scheduled at a certain time but his boss wouldn't show so got tired of it and quit! So good for Joe!!

    It isn't the education system that has failed, it's the individual who refuses to learn, study and remember what they are taught. For some, it is the lack of ability to listen in the first place. Don't make sweeping generalizations until you spend time in a class room and deal with trying to teach 45 kids at a time.

What if joe's kid was getting off the bus and is only 7 or 8 years old and no one is home because joe was stuck at work and the bus driver may have taken his kid back to the bus garage till a parent came. People can't stay at work without notice. They may have familes or prior commitments. It seems to be a regular thing. Not cool
